Description
GeoNetwork harvester using GeoNetwork protocol can't use HTTPS.

Patch looks fine for me.
We have to take care how to migrate old harvester configuration (merging host and port to the new settings). Anyway, it's usually easier in upgrade to remove harvester configuration before update because settings and harvesters are in the same table (#349)
