Description
nightly build (2012-05-15) Attempting to add a schema plugin via an HTTPS url generates error "The system cannot find the file specified"
Sample used was "https://www.seegrid.csiro.au/subversion/ASRDC/BOM/GeoNetwork/schemaZipArchive/iso19139.mcp-1.4.zip"

#803 did fix the issue - I tested and it works.
