Description
OGC's Web Map Tiled Services (WMTS) provide fast access to large layers. It would be nice if GeoNetwork could access getImage and getInfo requests for WMTS and present the results in the Web Map Client.

also look at #524
Openlayers has support for tms/wmts, but the srid should match with the other presented layers (background), extent, srid and available scales can be retrieved with a getcapabilities request (or are in the metadata for service record)
