Missing invalid DD popup box

On the Image View Page, if users enter invalid DMS or MGRS coordinats into the GeoJump panel, they get a popup box telling them that the entries are invalid and the values are reset to thier original values. When invalid DD coordinates are entered, all that happens is that the coordinates are reset, they don't get a popup box. Add a popup box so that it matches DMS and MGRS.
