Sync OMAR Admin Roll with LDAP

Description
People with an OMAR Admin roll are able to manually create a new user account using the CRUD interface in Grails. However, when Admins do that it does not sync up with LDAP. Therefore, when user try to login to accounts created for them by the Admins, they are denied entry because LDAP does not recognize the account even though it's in the database. Please sync up LDAP with the 'C' of Grails 'CRUD' functions on user accounts.
