Entering Bounding Box Values Manually

If users use the 'Draw AOI' tool to select a Bounding Box with the mouse, then OMAR correctly interperates the results. However, if they enter the Bounding Box coordinates manually into the "Geospatial Criteria" panel in either DMS or MGRS mode (maybe through copy and paste from an outside source), OMAR does not use those entered values in it's search. Strangely, this does not happen with DD coordinates that are entered manually. I think that OMAR reads from the DD coordinates box exclusively when it does a search and uses those values (or defualt values if it's blank). As a result it the DMS or MGRS values are not in sync with the DD values, the incorrect parameters are passed.
