Using OSGeo-Live 8.5beta1
Following first step of the Quickstart: Choose Geospatial -> Spatial Tools -> Start IPython Notebook This opens a webpage: http://localhost:8883 However, this returns an "Unable to connect" error

Operator error (mine). I hadn't started the server. Issue can be closed. Thanks Brian Hamlin for explaining to me.
