Retire MapTiler from OSGeo-Live at project's request

Description

The project owner has requested that MapTiler be removed from OSGeo-Live, as the project is no longer being actively developed.

I propose we remove links to the install script from main.sh and move links in the docs to "available on previous releases of OSGeo-Live"

I've updated docs to retire MapTiler in version 12298. Just need it commented out of the main.sh script now.

Status: new → closed

MapTiler has been forked to MapSlicer and has been replaced in OSGeoLive build process.
