This mailing list is not being used actively any more. http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/admin/viscom-discuss-de
In December 2008 it was decided by the list to merge it with the OSGeo Local Chapter lists of the FOSSGIS e.V: http://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/viscom-discuss-de/2008-December/thread.html
This has happend and I just sent a reminder to any late comers but nobody ever filed a ticket to remove the list.

Mailing list has been removed. Archives have been kept on the server.
