Remove donate button from home page

Description
This is a suggestion to avoid re-opening https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/2056
The font button as a "quick action" shows up as the most important thing on the home page. This detracts from our public service "empower everyone with foss4g" message.
While the marketing committee figures out how to ask for funding, and if it is appropriate to do so on the home page this button can be removed.
