Transfer DNS for geotools.org to OSGeo control — at Initial Version

Description
As discussed in #osgeo, the GeoTools project would like to transfer control of the domain
geotools.org
from the project to OSGeo.
We have the EPP code (contact acuster a t gmail.com ) so it should be possible to transfer the domain to the DNS register used by OSGeo, which is apparently PAIRNIC. The current DNS register is www.easyspace.com.
We have, to my knowledge, only three re-directs in place:
geotools.org -> www.geotools.org www.geotools.org -> http://docs.codehaus.org/display/Geotools/Home svn.geotools.org -> gtsvn.refractions.net
However, we will probably use the opportunity to redefine more so we would like to learn how we can add re-directs.
