Seems several people have been locked out of wordpress.
I wasn't able to log in myself.
Investigating.

Found the page and have whitelisted the ip (same for most currently logged in people). so that way it shouldn't be blocked even if someone attempts a failed log in too many times from that ip.

I'm not sure why I was blocked. Restarting wordpress fixed my blockage. I suspect FOSS4G folks are being blocked cause they are all going thru the same proxy address and when one person tries too many attempts from that address, it blocks everyone. checking to see if I can whitelist that address without screwing up everything.
