Description
- we promise to show the sponsors at the footer of the website, all sponsors should show up. So the sponsors should move
- see f.e https://pycsw.org/community/

I am not fond of having movement (vey distracting), but fading between logos could be good?
Note https://www.ogc.org is another example, that moves fast (to change what is listed, and then stays put for a bit).
