I've already updated https://dev.www.osgeo.org and seemed to go fine.
Will do the same for production shortly.

For now just updated the following plugins:
Advanced Custom Fields PRO WP Mail SMTP Yoast SEO

Done had to change ownership first
cd /var/www/osgeo.org/httpdocs/core chown -R www-data:www-data wp-includes

okay having issue upgrading complaining about
The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.: wp-includes/theme.php
I suspect this file might be in the repo and permissions are being set on it on pull.
I'll revisit tomorrow.
