QGIS trac mailing list address wrong

Description

The list address in the QGIS trac instance points to the old list rather than the QGIS-trac list on OSGeo.

I don't have login access to correct this problem.

I have set: 

smtp_always_cc = qgis-trac@lists.osgeo.org

and restarted apache.

Let me know if things don't seem to be fixed.
