provide blog posts on the new webside - activate the blog aggregator for the new website

Description
on the old OSGeo webside you could see the blog posts and you can still see them there:
- http://old.www.osgeo.org/
- they are collected with the aggregator http://old.www.osgeo.org/aggregator/rss/1
It would be great to provide them on the new webside also
