https://www.osgeo.org/feed/ appears to be empty except for a single entry pointing to https://www.osgeo.org/etf/.

I'll check on this, last time this broke it was because the xml plugin somehow got uninstalled.

I think RSS is very important as it's the only way for an anonymous user to "follow" the OSGeo website using a standard protocol.
