2018 Domain Renewals

They following domains are coming up for renewal in 2018: deegree.org (March) and featureserver.org (April)

We should verify that these are still required and then renew.

Featureserver isn't all that active from what I've observed over the years, although there are occasionally new pushes.

Even if a url isn't "required" we may want to renew and sit on it anyway. There are still many links on the internet and in email archives to featureserver and I see no reason for that to become an ad page.

But we may maybe set permanent redirects to featureserver.osgeo.org to one day drop the ad-hoc domain ?

Someday we probably should. But for now, I renewed it (5 yrs to lock in cheaper price). Also added years to deegree.org. They should both be good until 2023. Will note, the charges in the budget, $65+$56+$19(deegree auto renewed 1yr before we got around to it).
