does apache configuration need any change ? I found a tag "2016" in it.. we should really switch to letsencrypt, btw (but not so easy to install on that old machine, maybe in the new one...)

This is talking about domain registration so has nothing to do with the server or ssl. Nothing further needs doing on this ticket.
