Description
We are currently establishing a Norwegian QGIS user group (see: http://qgis.no) and would very much like to have a "qgis-no-user" mailing list in the OSGeo infrastructure (comparable to what Italian, US, German, … user groups have).

I am available for administration from or site, but have no idea what that implies...

jsanz, as I probably have shell access on the lists host, you should be able to extract @sbl's email via:
ldapsearch -x 'uid=sbl'
Or, for less output:
ldapsearch -x 'uid=sbl' mail

@sbl I need your e-mail address to put you as an admin. Being admin of the list means from time to time to moderate mails using mailman interface, adjusting small setup details if you want to and such. Not a big deal and we will assist you anytime.
