No archives, members list only visible to subscribers, no listing on the mailman main page, moderated subscription and automatic rejection for non members of the list. I'll send mailing list details to jmckenna.

What do you think about a public page outlining the steps to share a security concern with OSGeo? (should I just create a wiki page? Likely it should live on osgeo.org though) What if I draft some text on a wiki first??
