Description

I need some text added to the existing Create OSGeo Userid page (​https://www.osgeo.org/cgi-bin/ldap_create_user.py):

  • at the end of the existing paragraph (after "require a change."), add, in bold:

Note: do not enter any special characters (such as "á") anywhere on the form

Fixed in osgeoconfig svn and online.
