Description
Please update righthand of sidebar OSGeo website moving pycsw from 'Incubating Projects' to 'OSGeo Projects'. See http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Board_Meeting_2015-03-05#Motions_.28confirmed_by_email.29 for Board approval/confirmation.

We also need to add the project officer here:

"VP, pycsw: Angelos Tzotsos"
and remove pycsw from the list of incubated projects in incubator page:
