Description

On FOSSGIS 2015 in Münster a German QGIS association (QGIS-DE) was founded to support QGIS developments. We'd like to use a osgeo mailing list for our communication. I'd propose the name qgis-de for this. Thanks.

Note: there shortly already was a (unused) qgis-de mailing list (see also #342 and #1303).

Who is going to administer the list? Can someone with German knowledge provide a good short description for the list?

I suppose we can change both later ourselves, right?

If so, I (jef@…) volunteer to be the initial administrator and propose "Interne Kommunikation der QGIS Anwendergruppe Deutschland (QGIS-DE)" as list title.
