Educational material metadata input form not functional

Since 2009, we have had a metadata system supporting an educational inventory operational [1]. The way OSGeo affiliated people entered that metadata for their material was through an input form found at [2]. For more than a year (probably longer), this input form [2] appears not to work.

I get the error: "Access denied - you are not authorized to access this page."

Can you see if it [2] works for you? If you get the same error, any ideas on how to get this functional again?

I'd like to get this education inventory system functional again while I work to get funding to work on a better and usable (for faculty) content versioning and new derivative work system.

Neither of links in the ticket description exist any longer and there has been no activity on this ticket for 3 years. Closing this ticket with the suggestion that if the original reporter would like to reestablish the education inventory system, that a new ticket be opened with the relevant information to assist in doing so as nothing currently exists to troubleshoot.

Have you since created the new system or would you like to reopen this ticket as a request to migrate the material to a current server and fix or recreate the submission system? The material on the old server looks to be intact, but I don't know about the forms as I don't have access to that myself.
