Improving XLink and subtemplate support

Overview

XLink support in GeoNetwork is rudimentary. Essentially the user can:

• split a metadata record into subtemplates that are linked into a record
• add any subtemplate to a metadata record in the editor
• edit directories of subtemplates in Administration>Directories

This proposal will add:

• a function to show and navigate to all records that link in a subtemplate in the Administration>Directories interface
• a function to add subtemplates to the Administration>Directories interface
