Help with Other actions panel options

The Other actions panel has a lot of explanation in the Tooltip that appears on mouse over. That tooltip will disappear quickly (quicker than I can read the text :-( ) . At the end of the tooltip there's a warning to first save your work before proceeding. That warning will likely go unnoticed by a user. It may be better to add the explanation to the layer panel and to make the warning much more explicit.

Some actions in the editor require a save to work well (eg. remove button after upload, compute extent after editor type a keyword manually).

Add explanation to the documentation.
