Position Other actions panel in editor

Description
The Other actions option in the editor will show a small popup layer. I suggest this layer is positioned next to the Other actions button and has a close option (a cross in the corner).

Fixed position of small popup layer. The button "Other actions" already had a +/- symbol to indicate the state of the small popup layer, also allowing to open/close it

Same applies for the position and missing cross in the normal view mode. I assume this is the same change that has to happen!?
