Description
Metadata inserted using CSW transaction gets assigned group identifier 2 (by default corresponds to Sample group). Fix to use the group of the user that inserted the metadata throught CSW transaction.
Also a setting to enable the metadata inserted using CSW transaction be public. This setting is disabled by default, to dont change the actual behaviour
