No scrolling on keyword list in IE7, Firefox 3.5 is OK

Description
In Advanced Search click on the Keywords field to view a list of keywords. These lists can be long. In Firefox (3.5) there is a scroll bar for that list, in IE (7.0) there is no scroll bar, creating the need to scroll the entire GeoNetwork page in the browser.
