Order the keyword list alphabetically/numerically

Description
In Advanced Search, click on the Keywords field to obtain a list of keywords. This list is currently not sorted in any manner which creates a bit of an issue when the list is long. The contents of the list should be sorted alphabetically/numerically to make it easier to find a keyword.

In the Dutch géoportail we have sortable keywords, I'll see if I can port the code to trunk.
