Description
Getting a 403 - permission denied for the URL to get KML results from a search. This occurs only when logged in as a standard user as opposed to an admin. Need to update the permissions table to allow users to access this link.

After implementing the tarball from 18OCT09, the same problem still exists for non-admin users. I tried this as both a pre-existing user as well as a user registered/created after the tarball was applied.

Added permissions for a standard user to access this page. Oversight on my part. Need to test as admin AND user from now on.

Added requestmap entry for rasterEntry/kmlnetworklink and videoDataSet/kmlnetworklink URLs for the User Role. Since the was no entry, the permissions defaulted to 403 error.
