Description
IE6 doesn't support transparency for PNGs. Need to switch the MIME type to image/gif for the footprint overlays. Done this before, somehow got switched back to image/png. Must have been a site change. Need to move this option out to the config file.

Added a config parameter to switch the mime type of the footprints on the video and raster search pages. See wms.data.videoformat and wms.data.rasterformat, respectively. IE6 has trouble rendering transparent PNGs, so we'll have to switch to GIF. Leaving default as PNG because GIFs look, well, crappy.
