Remove "Select your internet connection" page

Description
The internet connection page gives users options for:
- direct internet connection
- use IE5 settings
- specify proxy
Again most windows users just want the installer to work. Maybe this page needs to be changed to a simple text warning: "This installer must connect to the internet to download additional packages. If you do not have an internet connection please exit the installer now."

My thinking is that this would still be available, but only in the advanced install. I am already skipping it in the express install work I'm doing. Is this acceptable?
