Description
Since there will only ever be one download site (download.osgeo.org) this page should be removed (if we can figure out how to make the installer default to this single site).

r1021 removes the mirror site selection step (it is handled in unattended mode temporarily, and download.osgeo.org is assumed as the mirror).
