Change 'Select Local Package Directory' page wording

I think the word 'temporary' needs to be used in the text for this page. I realize that the this folder is not removed at the end of this installer...but to me it should be deleted. no? am I missing the point of keeping this folder?

I think something needs to be done about this option, but it isn't immediately obvious to me what should be done. I would like to suggest we put this off for a while till we get the express install and related stuff working well, and discuss it in further depth.

Some options include:

• Leave as is.
• Quietly download packages to the users normal temp directory, and delete when done.
• Create a package directory in the OSGeo4W tree itself.

Clearly we *won't* be asking the user about this option in the express install.

I agree that this is an enhancement/later task. I would prefer your option #2.
