Description
Using MGOS 2.0.0RC2
When opening the Aqua FlexibleLayout in a web browser (from the site repository), choosing any menu option under the "View" menu will not open the expected floating window.
If you open the same template using the ApplicationDefinition.xml on disk. It opens the floating windows without problems.

This is working for me with 2.0.0 Final (w2k3, IIS, ASP.Net/php hybrid install) and the latest Sheboygan.mgp package. Please re-open if you're still seeing errors.
