Allow us to choose what web site to install web extensions to in Windows Server 2003

Description

By default, installing MapGuide Web Server Extensions in Windows Server 2003 will install to the default web site.

It would be nice if when installing in win2k3, the installer would enumerate all known iis websites on that box and allow us to choose which web site to install the extensions into.
