I'm not very good with C++ (read only so to say), but after browsing the source code, the underlying code exists that this function requires is present in
\Mapguide\Server\src\Services\Resource\ResourceDefinitionManager.cpp line 335
MgResourceDefinitionManager::FindResource(const string& mbResourcePathname)
