Deleting group causes error if no group selected (in Map Editor)

Description

In v3.5.0.5977, edit a Map and then press the "remove selected group" button. An error window pops up, though can be dismissed without an issue. This happens both with nothing selected at all, and with a layer selected. The command does work as expected when you've got a group selected.
