Remove GUI element "geometry" from all GUIs

Description

instead, enter "geometry.js" (under "modules") to all GUI elements which use the geometry library.

It is a library and not a GUI element, which was a misconception at an earlier stage.

  • wfs spatial request
  • wfs gazetteer
  • digitize
  • renderGML
  • gazetteerSQL (not part of release?)
