Description
WMS upload in Mapbender 2.4.4 fails for:
http://isk.geobasis-bb.de/ows/alk.php?SERVICE=WMS&REQUEST=GetCapabilities&VERSION=1.1.1
The following error message is displayed:

Mapbender 2.4.3 at telascience works fine

Notice:
The same appears on http://wms.wheregroup.com (version 2.4.3). This shows that mapbender.teascience.org and wms.wheregroup.com (both 2.4.3) are different.

Notice:
The WMS "http://isk.geobasis-bb.de/ows/alk.php?SERVICE=WMS&REQUEST=GetCapabilities&VERSION=1.1.1" had to be uploaded from the local file "http://gis2/mapbender/tmp/alk.extern.mapserv.xml" due to access restrictions of the server. The XML file is identical.
