Layer invisible while rearranging legend

Description
When clicking and dragging a layer to rearrange the layer order in the legend, the layer is removed from it's current position and not visible again until mouse button is released again. In 1.5, it stayed visible in original position until mouse release.

well, that's intentional - you can move multiple layers a once now.
