Description
If using the new symbology for vectors the mapserver export plugin seems to ignore it and the mapfile is not created accordingly.

in r15485 a warning is added when one of the plugins is using new symbology, and dialog is closed.
really exporting new symbology postponed till QGIS 2.0 when old symbology will be deprecated
