QGis don't show available CRSs from this WMS: http://www.idee.es/wms/PNOA/PNOA
When I choose a layer the dialog says there is one CRS available but none is selected by default. If I press the Change button no CRS is available. This used to work in 1.4.0 and in development versions of 1.5.0.
Seems like QGis does not understand this:

At least for WMS 1.1.1 --but it understands this for version 1.3.0:
