Description

If prj file is missing or its size is = 0, warning message is shown: 

Input CRS error: Different input coordinate reference systems detected, results may not be as expected.
Some output geometries may be missing or invalid.

The message should probably be changed or removed if prj files are missing. People are getting confused.
