'Live GPS tracking' not functioning, OSGeo4W trunk (Windows XP)

Description
QGIS 1.5.0-13, r 12752 'Live GPS tracking' (under the View menu) is not reading a Garmin Plus III Serial connection NMEA baud 4800 GPS unit. 'GPS Tracker Plugin' does recognize GPS position, however.

'Live GPS tracking' *is* working for 'Antenna Plus GPS Bridge Controller v4.40 (USB)' and for 'Garmin Plus III Serial connection NMEA baud 4800'
