Description
When registry of providers is initialized with QgsProviderRegistry::QgsProviderRegistry( QString pluginPath ) the QgsApplication::mPkgDataPath is cleared
as a result e.g. QgisApp::getThemeIcon( "123.png" ) does not return anything
