Documentation should mention PCRaster map format as supported Raster format

Description
The manuals of both 1.1.0 and 1.0.2 do not list PCRaster map format as a GDAL supported format. The software does however have a PCRaster *.map open filter in the GDAL supported Raster formats load dialog. I have tested some PCRaster data and it works great with Quantum GIS. If there are any issues with support of the PCRaster format I like to know that and see if we can resolve them.
The PCRaster team is considering to recommend to their users to use Quantum GIS as a PCRaster software companion.

I added PCRaster as supported raster file format to the user guide. It will appear with the next QGIS version 1.2.
