Description
Someone complained that the LGPL license is not open enough so to make this library as widely used as possible we will change the license to the MIT one used by the PROJ.4 project.
All known contributors were polled (see the discussion on the MetaCRS list) and agreed to the change. This will also trugger a bump to the minor rev so next release will be 1.1.0

I think it was good you changed the license from LGPL to MIT. But, I still find couple of LGPL references in the code. See top of proj4js.js and nzmg.js. Is this intentional?

I think you missed to update "nzmg.js", it still has reference to the lgpl reference.

not sure what to do about that one (and util/mgrs.js) because those are/were separate contributions, (but contributed to the project nonetheless)
